Vaso’s Mediterranean Bistro
Why You Should Go: Vaso’s Mediterranean has a quiet, intimate dining space by candlelight. It’s a very formal setting with a beautiful window view of King Street in Old Town.
I went here once with my husband and fell in love with the ambiance. We had a table on the second floor where we could look out the window and see people walking down the cobblestone path on King Street.
We came at lunch time and loved the Linguini Alla Vongole, which has baby clams sautéed over linguini with your choice of marinara or white wine sauce. Other dishes you can find on the dinner menu are chicken marsala, shrimp scampi & garlic, and lamb chops.

Volas Dockside Grill & Hi-Tide Lounge
Why You Should Go: This restaurant is right at the dock in Old Town, so you will have a perfect view of the water. There is also a small outside seating area on the deck that leads to the boats. Another place on my list of restaurants to try!
All Day Menu features oysters, mussels, crab cake sandwiches, fish tacos. More of a boisterous bar feel. Vola’s Hi-Tide Lounge has classic cocktails, signature frozen drinks, and craft beers on tap.
