Discovery Place Kids Children’s Museum

We recently took a trip down to North Carolina to visit relatives, and we spent a day at a children’s museum called Discovery Place Kids-Huntersville. The museum is about a 40 min drive from Charlotte, NC, and I’m glad my brother suggested visiting.

Things to Do

There were so many activities, from a play grocery store filled with toy groceries to water play tables. Definitely worth a trip to this play museum if you live a short drive away!

  • Soft play area with water tables
  • Imagination play with grocery store, diner, doctor’s office, car shop, bank
  • Life-sized tractor, fire truck
  • Building activities with soft construction blocks & LEGOs
  • Open art studio
