Chasin’ Tails
Why You Should Go: Chasin’ Tails is where you go to get a bucket full of cajun-style crab and shrimp. This is a place with the vibe of a family backyard boil in Louisiana, where you crack open crab legs with your hands and wipe clean with a roll of paper towels.
My husband and I love the Bayou Catch 62 set for two people, which includes crawfish, shrimp, snow crab legs, corn on the cob, potatoes, sausage, mussels and clams.

Carlyle
Why You Should Go: This place is on the fancier side, so it would make a great restaurant to go for an anniversary or birthday dinner. My husband and I met up with my brother for brunch at Carlyle. Haven’t been here on a date yet, but would like to come back!
High-end American fare with crab cake, roasted chicken, salmon, lobster rolls and burgers.

Wilson Hardware Kitchen & Bar
Why You Should Go: There’s a wonderful rooftop patio, which is something I have not been able to find easily in Northern Virginia. I love dining outside in the spring time, so Wilson Hardware would make for a perfect rooftop date.
This is on my list of places for date night in Clarendon. This restaurant has mostly pub fare like burgers, portobello sandwich, stuffed chicken breast. There is a large selection of cocktails, beer and wine.
